As our Health Care Attendant, you will provide essential support and services that uphold the dignity and independence of our residents. You will work closely under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager to ensure they receive compassionate and attentive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care according to individual resident plans
• Report/document physical and emotional changes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents' spaces
• Assist in serving meals and monitoring dining experiences
• Participate in mandatory training and education
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and HCA program certificate
• Current registration as a BC Care Aide
• Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
