BGIS is looking for dedicated Cleaners who will take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining various facilities. Your role will involve tasks like washing, dusting, and managing waste to ensure compliance with client needs. You may also be required to work shifts and help secure buildings outside of regular hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out cleaning tasks as directed by the Team Leader
• Operate cleaning machinery and change bulbs as necessary
• Lock facilities and ensure they are secure after hours
• Adhere to environmental and safety guidelines
• Build positive relations with tenants and clients
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in facility cleaning
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of health and safety codes
