As a Lead Water Damage Technician, you'll report to the Emergency Manager while focusing on the effective execution of cleaning, repairing, and restoration tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emergency extraction and restorative cleaning tasks
• Train technicians and supervise on-site service delivery




• Communicate with clients regarding their service needs
• Carry out basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles
• Ensure completion and accuracy of work orders
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• 2-4 years of industry experience
• Required IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT)
• Positive computer skills, particularly with MS applications
• Adequate mathematical abilities for reports
