As the driver, you will report to the Operations Manager, navigating established routes to collect clothing donations and provide excellent service to clients while helping raise funds for Diabetes Canada. Your efforts will significantly contribute to environmental sustainability through effective recycling practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive trucks to collect donated items from homes
• Ensure safety through pre and post-trip inspections
• Accurately complete daily operational paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch during route
• Log donations and unload items as required
Requirements:
• Full Class 5 or G license is necessary
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience required
• Clean driving record with no offenses in the last 3 years
• Abilities to handle loads up to 50 lbs
• Effective communication and customer service skills
