Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:

- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed




- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Help train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team environment and work with team members with open communication and understanding
- Assist Manager with inventory and ordering

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisor/leadership role an asset

Previous experience in Food Service industry
