Salary: $17.00–$21.00 per hour, with adjustments tied to provincial minimum wage changes.
Location: MiRo… lives in Mont-Royal, Quebec. The role requires traveling between three households in the same residential area, with easy public transit access (bus #119). Major intersection: Chem. Canora and Graham Blvd.
Responsibilities
- Care and supervision of two children (6 and 4 years old) and their maternal and paternal grandparents who live in separate homes.
- Assist children with appointments, daily routine, and protected supervision when parents are not present.
- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading, and outings.
- Discipline children according to parents’ preferred methods.
- Provide bathing for children until they can bathe themselves.
- Support grandparents with personal hygiene, dressing, and medication administration.
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals; perform related kitchen clean‑up.
- Perform general housework: laundry, ironing, dusting, and maintaining a clean environment.
Qualifications
- Canadian equivalent of secondary school education.
- Minimum one year of caregiver experience.
- Dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage duties without supervision.
