Kitchen Steward

Location: St. John’s, NL
Pay: $18.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview

Integrated Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to support kitchen operations in St. John’s. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while assisting with general kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing and kitchen areas throughout the shift.
- Empty garbage and recycling as required.
- Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist kitchen staff with general duties as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete other cleaning and kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or cleaning experience is considered an asset.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.




- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.
- Must have slip‑resistant footwear.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift Options

- 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pay

$18.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
