SmartICE is seeking Community Operators for the 2026 Ice Season in Nain, Nunatsiavut. As a Community Operator, you will monitor sea-ice and participate in training on SmartICE technology. Responsibilities include using SmartKAMUTIK and SmartBUOY sensors, working with the community on safety routes, and uploading data to the SIKU platform.
This role emphasizes safety, responsibility, and respect in the workplace. Preference is given to Indigenous applicants.
