Terms of employment: This job is for a full‑time position, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Flexible / split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is June 30, 2026.
Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour.
Location: RaCr… lives in Côte Saint‑Luc, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood; school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (#104, #138, #420). The major intersection is Chem. de la Côte Saint‑Luc and Boul. Cavendish.
Duties may include:
- Help with the care of two children ages 7 and 4 years old. Eldest child suffers from a chronic medical condition and requires special care and attention.
- Organize easy games and activities to provide amusement and exercise.
- Help with the care and supervision of the children, especially when parents are not home.
- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise.
- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean‑up is also required.
- General housework that will include doing laundry.
- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at minimum the Canadian equivalent of secondary school education.
- Must have at least one year of work‑related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision.
