The Hotel Cleaner is responsible for the orderliness and cleaning throughout all areas of the property, including public areas, guest rooms & storage rooms, all the while living up to our Canalta Mission and Vision

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance and courtesy as needed to guests and team members, reinforcing all of Canalta’s policies and procedures
- Strictly observe all guidelines established by Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS and WCB
- Make beds daily and change bed linen
- Vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery
- Clean bathrooms and supply with fresh towels and toiletries
- Ensure that televisions, radios, lights and HVAC equipment are working




- Check and restock tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
- Perform other duties as may be required by the general manager

Qualifications: (experience needed and education)

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a hotel cleaner.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks during a standard 8 hour shift

Salary:

$19.00 / hour
