As a Property Cleaning Attendant, your main focus is to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential properties. You will help ensure our properties are clean, safe, well-maintained, and provide a positive living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and laundry rooms
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces as required
- Cleaning vacant units and assisting with preparing suites for new residents
- Maintaining the cleanliness of garbage and recycling areas
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when additional supplies are required
- Identifying and reporting maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns
- Assisting with cleaning exterior entrances and other property areas as required




- Following all applicable health and safety procedures while completing assigned duties
- andCompleting other related duties within the scope of the role

Qualifications/Requirements

- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or professional cleaning is considered an asset.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage assigned responsibilities.
- Must have a valid driver's licence.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
