Dexterra Group is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare and cook all main meals to our high standards. You will handle meats, seafood, soups, poultry, vegetables and more, using methods from grilling to sautéing to deliver top-quality dishes.
Ensure FOODSAFE labeling and storage compliance, support menu planning and inventory, and keep the kitchen area clean and secure. The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality/food service, FoodSafe Level I, basic MS Office and WHMIS proficiency.
