Join Oxford Learning Simcoe as a French Coach and make a difference in students’ lives through engaging education This part-time role focuses on students' language mastering through hands-on teaching.
As a French Coach, you will work part time with children in Norfolk, Ontario, helping students from Grades 4-12 enhance their understanding of French. Your role includes utilizing our curriculum while providing guidance in a supportive environment. You will help foster self-confidence in your students as they grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach small groups, up to three students at once
• Deliver lessons following Oxford Learning methods
• Complete student communication logs post-lessons
• Engage with parents regarding student progress
• Maintain a cheerful and respectful classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or relevant teaching certification preferred
• Experience with students in Grades 4 to 12
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written French and English
• Ability to juggle multiple students' needs
• Evening and occasional Saturday availability required
