Join the LCBO team to support customers during the busy holiday shopping season. In this in office role, you will build essential customer service skills, manage transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization. You will also participate in sustainability initiatives and engage with customers to make their shopping memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using POS/Cash system promptly
• Request donations for Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Replenish stock and ensure store organization
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs. repeatedly during shifts
Requirements:
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude towards customer service
