SHIFT LEADERS Should:

- Have at least one year of Shift Leader experience
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be available for early morning or evening shifts—shifts start as early as 4 AM and run through closing, typically no later than 10 PM
- Be friendly, reliable team players
- Lead by example and help coach and support crew members
- Deliver great guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Help maintain a clean, organized restaurant and uphold food safety and quality standards
- Live by Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
