FYidoctors, Pembroke clinic, is seeking a Patient Services Specialist for a part time role (20-29 hours per week). You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, answer questions, and support daily operations in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

You bring strong communication, comfort with MS Office, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you’ll help with appointments, billing, eyewear pickups, minor repairs, and delivering
