About the Role

We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner. As a Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and help lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include coaching the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals set by the Store Manager. You will be expected to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate closely with colleagues, and execute on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assume a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective,



open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Open and close the store proficiently.

Qualifications

- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong will to assist customer needs.

- Openness to learn and develop new skills.

- Willingness to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
