Postuler### ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the building maintenance manager, the person in this position will be required to perform the following tasks, among others:
* Carpet cleaning
* Garage cleaning
* Cleaning and maintenance of common areas
* Occasional replacement of the building concierge
* Minor repairs and general maintenance### Desired profile
* Experience in building maintenance (an asset)
* Autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail




* Good physical condition
* Reliability and punctuality
* Ability to perform minor manual tasks
* Valid driver’s license and car (an important asset given the travel involved)### Terms and Conditions

Salary:
between $20 and $23 per hour, depending on experience
