As a Companion, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a compassionate approach towards the elderly and those in need. You’ll also engage in light housekeeping and food preparation, ensuring a supportive environment for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and socialization activities
• Attend to client requests promptly and respectfully
• Assist with food preparation as per care plans
• Maintain communication with clinical supervisors
• Document care and observations accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to read and follow written care plans
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Self-directed with minimal supervision
