This role requires dedicated individuals who can perform under pressure and work unsupervised alongside the chef on duty. Shifts span from 06:30 to 23:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 22:00 on weekends, ensuring a dynamic work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the chef in a high-paced kitchen environment
• Manage front of house duties effectively during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet area
• Support team members during peak service times
• Take on additional shifts during holidays as needed
Requirements:
• Ability to work unsupervised under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the team
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
