Zurich Canada is seeking a Claims Fraud and Investigations Manager for the Waterloo area, with hybrid work three days in office. You will lead a team responsible for prevention, detection and investigation of insurance fraud, reporting to the AVP of Investigative and Recovery Services.
You will oversee operations, provide technical guidance, develop strategies to enhance detection and savings, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
