Lead the successful launch of innovative technologies at Jetson as a New Product Introduction Program Manager. This full-time role emphasizes project management, collaboration, and operational readiness in a sustainable energy context. At Jetson, our mission is to transition homes from fossil fuels to electrification solutions. The Current Product Introduction Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth launch of products such as heat pumps and EV chargers. With a focus on cross-functional coordination, you’ll manage launch planning and enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product launch plans
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams
• Ensure operational readiness with training and SOPs
• Run pilot programs for new technologies
• Track progress and resolve any blockers

Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management
• Large-scale project delivery experience
• NPI experience and knowledge of thermodynamics
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel
