THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Canadian Performance & Insights team, focusing on partnership measurement and audience intelligence. The role is responsible for developing and implementing data-led partnership strategy across sport, entertainment, and culture sectors, and for distilling data into high-level, analytical insights.

The Senior Manager will work in a dynamic workplace across internal and external projects and clients, while managing a team of direct reports.
