Fairmont Waterfront is seeking a Guest Relations Manager on a parental leave contract in Vancouver. This full-time, temporary role reports to the Front Office Manager and leads the Front Office departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will address guest concerns, drive loyalty program enrollment, and optimize room revenue while coordinating with Housekeeping and Guest Services. Solid leadership and communication are essential for success in a diverse, global hotel environment.
