Senior Consultant We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Transformation and Operating Model design to support large-scale business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has an Operations or HR background, strong process-thinking skills, and experience working directly with clients while owning key deliverables. What You’ll Do
• Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Assess current processes and help design improved future-state processes
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support broader business and operational transformation initiatives
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and priorities
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive work through to completion
• Apply structured, logical,
and process-oriented thinking to complex business challenges What We’re Looking For
• Experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives
• Background in Operations, Human Resources, or a related functional area
• Hands-on experience with Target Operating Model design and/or implementation
• Experience in process design, process improvement, and SOP development
• Robust client-facing experience with the ability to independently manage and own deliverables
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have
• Previous experience within HR and/or Payroll/Pay transformation
• Experience supporting HR operating model, process, or technology transformation initiatives
