Our X-ray and ultrasound clinic in Scarborough, Toronto provides skillful health care professional service. Our state-of-the-art ultrasound and x-ray centre is made up of the latest technological facilities, medical know-how, equipment and excellent methods to facilitate quick and easy diagnosis for patients. The Medical Radiation Technologist (X-ray Technologist) is responsible for all X-ray examinations requested by the referring physician, producing high-quality studies for interpretation. Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) in good standing
• Experience with Velox RIS and PACS preferred
• Sound knowledge of general radiography and special procedures as required
• Sound knowledge of radiation protection and the safe efficient operation of the X-ray equipment
• Ability to provide superior patient care and consciousness of the patient’s safety and welfare
• Professional demeanor and superior organizational skills
• Ability to work independently,



under pressure and to complete the work efficiently in the allotted time
• Strong interpersonal verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in additional language(s) preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
• Willingness to work flexible hours and excellent attendance Licence/Certification: CMRTO (required) Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 42.0 per week (Permanent, Part-time, Full time, Casual)
