Toronto, Ontario (In office) ? Department: Production | Canada Division Mad Engine Global is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Canadian team If you have experience in apparel production, fashion retail, and working with major retail accounts, we'd love to hear from you ✨ What You’ll Do: ? Coordinate apparel production from development through final delivery ? Manage production calendars, samples, approvals & timelines ? Communicate with overseas factories and manufacturing partners ? Track lab dips, trims, fabrics, artwork & pre-production samples ? Ensure products meet retailer requirements, quality standards & delivery deadlines ? Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales & Production teams ? Maintain production reports, order tracking & vendor communications ✅ We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience




• Apparel industry experience – REQUIRED
• Retail industry experience – REQUIRED
• Experience supporting major retail accounts or fashion retailers strongly preferred
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics & manufacturing processes
• Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
• Strong Excel, organizational & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment ?
