Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership to support the growth and expansion of SLR Canada's power sector business.
- Grow the delivery of environmental, regulatory, permitting, and stakeholder engagement services across the power sector in Western Canada.
- Develop and execute sector growth strategies to expand SLR's market presence, client portfolio, and service offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and senior client liaison, building and maintaining solid relationships with developers, utilities, Indigenous communities, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.
- Act as a senior practitioner, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance on environmental assessment, regulatory approvals, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and project development initiatives.
- Lead regulatory strategy development for power generation, transmission, renewable energy, battery energy storage, and grid infrastructure projects from planning through approval and construction.
