Job Summary
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the Sales Associate will provide an exceptional experience to all guests of Grand Bend Stirling Sands Vineyards. This frontline role involves supporting the retail operations by providing customer service and maintaining the merchandise area.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the Stirling Sands merchandise area.
- Welcome guests to the store by actively seeking them out and asking open-ended questions to determine their needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all products under the Cowbell and Stirling Sands brands by describing perks and features of products.
- Maintain stock levels and visual presentation of merchandise.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
