Job Description
Toast is recruiting on behalf of a scaling technology company based in the Vancouver area that is building next generation subsurface imaging solutions for the mining and exploration industry. The company uses advanced muon tomography, an emerging geophysical technology, to help mining companies see underground with more clarity, reducing exploration risk and supporting more responsible resource development. As the company grows its commercial team across North America, Australia, and Latin America, it is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to build and run the systems that keep the entire revenue engine aligned. This is a brand recent, hands on role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, and the person hired will be the first and only person in this function to start.
Responsibilities
Own and administer the CRM, including pipeline stages, stage criteria, required fields, workflows, integrations, and permissions
Write and maintain the process standards that keep commercial records complete and accurate
Triage and route incoming enquiries with Marketing so qualified opportunities reach the right
