We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join our team on a 14-month contract. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning, the successful candidate will oversee the international Customer Service teams for the Teledyne Machine Vision Camera Group and Teledyne Optech, driving service excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions.

What You Will Do:

- Directly manage an international team of Customer Service Representatives located in Canada, Japan, and Germany across multiple divisions within the MVC Group
- Oversee all aspects of order acceptance and entry including:
- Verifying customer purchase orders to an established acceptance standard
- Entering and maintaining sales orders into ERP (SAP)
- Processing customer returns RMAs
- Vetting and setup of recent customers (trade compliance screening,
