This isn't just a sales role. It's an chance to drive innovation, influence major business decisions, and help customers solve some of the mining industry's most complex challenges. You'll work alongside Caterpillar dealers, customers, Cat Financial, Job Site Solutions (JSS), and Caterpillar leadership to deliver solutions that improve productivity, safety, sustainability, and profitability.

As a trusted advisor and commercial leader,



you'll help customers navigate evolving technologies while supporting some of the largest mining operations and equipment investments in Canada.

What You'll Do

Lead the Coals & Metals Strategy

- Own commercial sales responsibility for surface mining products and solutions within your territory.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align customer needs with Caterpillar's capabilities.

Consult & Collaborate

- Partner with Cat dealers to market, position, and support Caterpillar's surface mining portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with key customer decision-makers and dealer leadership teams.

Develop Dealer Capabilities

- Provide strategic guidance to strengthen dealer performance and customer support capabilities.
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across dealer organizations.

Drive Commercial Excellence

- Support forecasting, machine planning, rental and used equipment strategies, and customer
