Travelers must reside 60+ outside of the facility location Position Name: Travel RegisteredNurse Med Surg/Telemetry Specialty: Med Surg, Telemetry Start Date: ASAP EmploymentType: Full-time, Travel,Contract, Temporary ContractLength: 13 weeks-Accepting both local and travel Candidates Pay Rate:Range $2800 to $3216 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I; stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers) Unit: Med Surg, Telemetry Shift: 12 Hours; Nights, 7p-7.30a Schedule: 48 hours / week, 4 shifts per week, every other weekend Position Requirements
- Registered Nurse: 2 years
- Required
- Med Surg and Telemetry or PACU or Post Operative Care nursing

experience:
Recent/Current 2 years – Required




- Experience with Tele strips reading
- Required
- Experience with Cardiac drips
- Required
- Epic experience – Preferred
- Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
- RN License for State of IA or Compact
- Required
- BLS and ACLS Certifications from AHA
- Required

Job Description
- Provide complete nursingcare for patient in the assigned units (med/surg and telemetry)
- As a member of theinterdisciplinary team, contributes qualified nursing knowledge and skillsin the provision and management of care to patients through the application ofthe nursing process.
- Read telemetry strips andtake care of cardiac drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lasix, Insulin, etc.
