The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning and oversees international customer service across MVC Group and Optech, driving service excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing orders, RMAs, recent customer setup, and coordinating with sales teams and customers across regions. Strong ERP/SAP experience and intercultural skills are essential.
