Your work spans clearing, settlement, registered accounts, tax operations, reconciliations, and partner-broker servicing. You will collaborate with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and global Operations.Key Responsibilities:
Design account opening, maintenance, trading, and cash workflowsDefine partner-broker responsibilities across accounts, trades, and assetsAutomate settlement, corporate actions, exceptions, and reconciliationsDocument runbooks, controls, RACI, escalations,



and failure plansPrepare TFSA, RRSP, RESP, tax, and reporting operationsRequirements:
10+ years of hands-on Canadian brokerage operations experienceExperience with CIRO, CDS or CDSX, custody, and settlementDepth in at least two core brokerage operations disciplinesStrong written communication for SOPs, requirements, and decision logsPractical automation and AI-assisted operations experienceBring Canadian brokerage, registered-account, automation, and control expertise to Alpaca’s scalable ACCC operating model.
