You will lead consistent expense management practices across GWAM, maintaining financial controls, reporting integrity, and enterprise alignment. The role combines FP&A; leadership, forecasting, reporting, governance, and transformation.Key Responsibilities:
Lead GWAM’s overall expense management framework across segments and functionsDirect annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and outlook processesProvide senior leaders actionable expense insights, risks, and opportunitiesOversee monthly reporting, allocations,



scenario modeling, and financial analysisDrive simplification, automation, AI, and productivity initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fieldCPA qualification strongly preferred10–15 years of finance experience, including FP&A; or expense managementFive-plus years owning planning, forecasting, analytics, and stakeholder partnershipsExperience leading high-performing finance teams across business units and regionsShape GWAM expense performance through strategic leadership, FP&A; expertise, governance, controls, and executive stakeholder influence.
