Build relationships with accredited and qualified investorsConduct discovery meetings about investor objectives and financial goalsPresent private real estate investment opportunities compliantlyManage subscriptions and funding through the full sales cycleMaintain accurate CRM records and organized pipelinesRequirements:
Five-plus years of consultative sales experienceSuccess raising capital or selling sophisticated investment productsExceptional relationship-building and communication skillsExperience managing long, consultative sales cyclesDealing Representative proficiency under NI 31-103Apply consultative selling, investor relationship management, and capital-raising expertise across Lankin’s private real estate opportunities.
