Lead Enterprise Risk Management at PICTON Investments, applying risk assessment and governance expertise within Canada’s independent investment manager.Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Senior Director will develop, implement, and enhance the firm’s ERM framework. The role partners across business functions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks. It also translates regulatory requirements into practical guidance, effective processes, and explicit recommendations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERM framework, policy, methodology, and reporting enhancementsFacilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigationMaintain risk registers, taxonomy, KRIs,



and risk appetite measuresPrepare reports and presentations for leadership and governance committeesPromote risk culture through education, awareness, and trainingRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, law, or related field8+ years’ progressive experience within financial services risk functionsKnowledge of ERM frameworks, assessments, and governance practicesExperience implementing risk registers, appetite frameworks, and KRIsStrong analytical, communication, project, and stakeholder management skillsBring enterprise risk leadership, regulatory knowledge, and practical communication skills to PICTON Investments’ Risk and Compliance team.
