This is a full-time prospect.The Project Superintendent leads project teams while coordinating with owners, consultants, and project staff. The position oversees field budget, schedule, safety, and performance throughout construction. It also provides leadership, mentoring, and support across adjoining project phases.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, train, and manage the project field teamImplement schedules and cost controls for labour, equipment, and materialsMonitor trade contractor progress against construction schedulesMaintain construction procedures, job safety, and analysisResolve field construction problems and support project closeoutRequirements:
Construction-related post-secondary degree or diplomaMinimum eight years of high-rise or ICI construction experienceExperience overseeing projects from start to finishCurrent Health and Safety certifications and valid driver's licenseExperience with Procore and Microsoft SharePointApply high-rise construction leadership, safety knowledge, schedule control, and mentoring skills as a Project Superintendent.
