The position requires property accounting experience, CPA credentials, and solid knowledge of recoveries, taxes, and CAM. You will support budgets, forecasts, audits, reporting, due diligence, and value-add initiatives across assigned properties.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily property accounting activities and staff workloadsComplete budgets, cash flows, taxes, audits, and reportingReview leases, recoveries, billings, and accounting recordsValidate NOI and acquisition model accounting inputsTrain staff and improve accounting processesRequirements:
