You will provide technical accounting guidance, prepare client deliverables, and contribute to performance improvement. The work requires knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, robust communication, and collaborative service delivery across RSM’s service lines.Key Responsibilities:




Participate in multiple Technical Accounting Consulting engagementsProvide financial and business advisory guidance to clientsPrepare technical memoranda and other client deliverablesIdentify opportunities for performance improvementMaintain and develop effective technical accounting capabilitiesRequirements:
BS or BA degree in Accounting or equivalentAt least two years of relevant accounting experienceStrong US GAAP or IFRS technical knowledgeAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel 25% annually, depending on clientsBring technical accounting, financial reporting, and client advisory skills to complex engagements with RSM’s Technical Accounting Consulting practice.
