Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in operating during scheduled shifts and to lead the shift team in delivering the Starbucks Experience. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and ensure prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean, welcoming store workplace.
Responsibilities include maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume, communicating with the manager, coaching partners, and delivering legendary customer service to every customer.
