As a Holiday Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional support by utilizing the POS/Cash system. This in office role involves serving customers while promoting the Spirit of Sustainability campaign and ensuring the store remains organized and welcoming. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience during the holiday rush through effective teamwork and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system promptly
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability
• Participate in customer surveys to enhance service
• Receive inventory and replenish stock efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store atmosphere
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Comfortable lifting cases up to 40 lbs
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Availability during peak holiday times
