Juice World, located within Little Tree, is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Vapetender / Cashiers to join the team. This role combines personalized vape product service and sales with cashier responsibilities, making you an important part of the customer experience from the moment someone arrives through to checkout.

We’re looking for people who enjoy connecting with customers, are interested in learning about vape products, and know how to create a welcoming and personalized experience. You’ll help customers find products that suit their needs, process purchases accurately, and support the overall organization and day-to-day operations of Juice World.

Previous vape, retail, or cash-handling experience is an asset, but a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a genuine willingness to learn are just as significant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet every customer warmly and ensure they feel welcome, respected, and supported
- Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and help customers find vape products that match what they’re looking for
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of vape devices, compatible products, flavours, nicotine strengths, promotions, and available alternatives
- Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately without pressuring customers
- Make relevant product recommendations and identify opportunities to support individual and team sales goals
- Assist customers with general product questions and purchases
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, debit, credit, and other approved payment methods
- Ensure transactions, discounts, promotions, refunds,



and exchanges are processed according to store procedures
- Maintain accuracy when handling cash and completing opening, closing, or till-balancing responsibilities as assigned
- Verify customer age and follow all requirements related to the sale of nicotine, vape, tobacco, and other age-restricted products
- Communicate clearly with Runner, Inventory, Security, and other team members to ensure customer purchases and product requests are handled efficiently
- Keep vape displays, shelves, counters, cash areas, and customer spaces clean, organized, faced, and well stocked
- Restock products and maintain displays as needed
- Support inventory management and store organization, including identifying low-stock or missing products
- Use quieter periods productively by cleaning, stocking, organizing, learning about products, and helping teammates wherever needed
- Participate in training, product education, and team meetings
- Follow all customer service, cash-handling, loss-prevention, security, safety, and store procedures
- Step in where needed to support smooth daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in vape sales, retail, customer service, cash handling, or another customer-facing role is an asset




- Knowledge of vape products is an asset, but a strong willingness and ability to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Confidence approaching customers, asking questions, explaining products, and recommending options
- Comfortable operating a POS system and handling cash accurately
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate product and transaction information accurately
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to help with cleaning, stocking, organizing, and other store responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and complete routine stocking, lifting, and cleaning duties, with accommodation where required
