As a strategic advisor based in Saint-Laurent, you will engage with management and employees, offering proactive HR solutions adapted to business needs. Your mandate involves supporting operations across Western Canada, addressing employee relations, developing talent management strategies, and navigating complex situations with sound judgment and sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on performance management and workplace conflicts.

Requirements:
