Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls for reservations and customer inquiries
• Greet customers promptly and courteously




• Process vehicle returns and transactions at kiosks
• Assess rental vehicle condition upon return
• Market additional services and products effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Valid Ontario G or G2 drivers license with a clean record
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
