Job Overview
The Deli Cashier is part of a four‑ to five‑person service team that includes Ordermaker, Breakfast/Deli Server, Cashier and Deli Supervisor. Each position has its own duties, but employees are trained to cover other deli positions as scheduling requires. The lodge operates in a busy remote location serving guests worldwide.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Remain at the cash station for the majority of the day to serve customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash area and assist with cleaning duties when no customers are present.
- Reconcile all cash exchanges accurately at the end of shifts.
- Assist the team by covering other deli positions when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Some prior customer service experience required.
- Cashier experience is an advantage; serving experience is not required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a deli team.
