Key Responsibilities:
• Answer patient and physician inquiries via email
• Educate patients on medical cannabis products
• Complete registrations with licensed cultivators
• Maintain document management and data entry
• Stay current with cannabis laws and news
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years in patient care preferred
• Solid verbal and written skills in both languages
• Comfortable with new software applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
