Overview:

- The client is looking for a senior agile coach, attached tothe Agile Center of Excellence, to embed an agile delivery culture acrossmultiple value streams.

- The mandate relies on the Beneva Value Creation System(BVCS), inspired by SAFe, which puts the train-level experience at the heart ofthe qualification.

- The role combines three aspects: coaching people and teams(PO, SM, RTE, managers), measuring and improving flow through data, andcontributing to the CoE's service offerings.

- The requirement for IT development experience, combined withsupport for CI/CD practices, sets this mandate apart from coach positionsfocused solely on team practices.

- The list of interpersonal skills is extensive and mainlyvalidated in interviews, but several elements can still be observed on theresume: train-level facilitation, influencing leadership without hierarchicalauthority, 'data-informed' mindset.

- Looking for a candidate:



an agile coach with at least 3years in this role out of 8 years of experience, who has supported one or moreSAFe trains in a large organization, with a background in software development.Their resume shows coaching of roles (PO, SM, RTE, managers) and flow metricsused to drive continuous improvement, not just facilitating ceremonies.

Requirements

Required:

- Mastery of Agile delivery modes (Scrum, Kanban, Protected, Lean,DevOps)

- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

- Mastery of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint

- Interpersonal skills (psychological safety, emotionalintelligence, communication, influence leadership, systemic reading,train-level facilitation, data-informed posture, autonomy building, criticalthinking, innovation)

Asset:

- SAFe SPC certification

- Knowledge of change management approaches
