As Senior CNC Programmer, you will lead machining output while programming and operating a Fadal VMC 4020 and FlexCNC long-bed centre. The work includes toolpaths, setups, G-code, fixturing, drawings, GD&T;, BOMs, and precision inspection. You will machine aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, specialty alloys, acrylic, and polycarbonate for architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program parts in Fusion 360 from drawings and 3D models
- Set up and operate Fadal and FlexCNC machining centres
- Select tooling, feeds, speeds, workholding, and fixturing
- Inspect parts and correct program, setup, or tooling issues




- Train operators and junior programmers supporting the department

Requirements:

- 5+ years CNC programming and machining experience
- Metal machining experience with aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel
- Fusion 360, SolidWorks, G-code, and precision measuring skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto and lift up to 50 pounds
